KC Storage is owned and run by local folks right here in Kingsport. The property on Regional Park Drive has new metal buildings, and every unit has a roll-up door you can back up to. Behind the buildings is a wide gravel lot with room to swing a fifth-wheel, motorhome or boat trailer, so you're not inching in and out of tight rows. The lot is gated and fenced, and cameras cover the property around the clock. There are no complicated online forms. You call, talk to a real person, pick your space and pay monthly by Venmo right from your phone. Rent month to month, whether you need a month or a few years. RV, camper and boat spots tend to fill up before the season, so call early.
